Nestled against the maple bush, just off Highway 21 on Pavillion Rd on the Property of Jorg and Silvia Genoch in the Municipality of Bluewater look for the big red roof! This is where the maple magic happens turning maple sap into syrup. Using knowledge passed down for three generations, this building was designed and constructed using recycled shipping containers to house our efficient processing facility. We have 2700 taps with the plan for expansion . We have a  wood fired evaporator and also use reverse osmosis to cut down on the boiling time.
